NPC Minutes of the Board of Trustees Meeting
The National Park College Board of Trustees met in a special session on January 11, 2024, beginning at 12:00 PM. Trustees present were Mike Bush, Joyce Craft, Jim Hale, Rhonda Harrington, Bev Joe, Renee Westfall and Raymond Wright.
Staff, faculty members, and guests included Chuck Argo, Bill Allison, Blake Butler, Wade Derden, Kelli Embry, John Hogan, Tyanna Lindsey, Melony Martinez, Tikima Simpkins, Darla Thurber, Debbie Ugbade, and Lindsey Vondenstein.
The media was notified of the meeting. Lance Brownfield and Brandon Smith of The Sentinel Record were in attendance.
Chair Joyce Craft opened the meeting with a welcome and invocation at 12:00 PM.
Items for Action
- Trustee Hale made a motion to approve the NPC President Job Posting as presented. Trustee Bush seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
- Trustee Hale made a motion to approve the NPC President Search Committee as presented. Trustee Bush seconded, after questions were asked and answered the motion passed unanimously.
Trustee Westfall motioned to adjourn. The meeting adjourned at 12:11 PM.
