My Classes are online but the College is open. Do I come to campus?

All classes are facilitated through D2L. You do not need to come to campus unless you need to access the NPC Library, Campus Lab, or you need supportive services offered through Enrollment Services.

How do I receive tutoring support for online courses?

The Academic Success Center is open from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 a.m., M-F. Students needing assistance with College Algebra and Composition are welcome to walk-in. If you need face-to-face assistance with another subject, please call 501-760-4228 and make an appointment. Additionally, online tutoring is available to students and can be assessed 24 hours a day through the tutoring link in D2L.

I do not have access to internet at home, how do I complete my assignments?

The campus lab is open from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., M-F and computers are available for student use. Additional concerns should be addressed to your instructor to avoid falling behind in your coursework.

Can I bring my child to campus?

Bringing children to campus is discouraged at this time. If you have to come to campus for any reason, please make child care arrangements.

How do I receive technical support for online courses?

Contact D2L Support by email at LMSsupport@np.edu or call us at 501-760-4292. After hours you can contact D2L’s 24/7 help desk by clicking on the D2L Technical Support Link on the NPC D2L homepage.
