2016-2017 Academic year (concludes June 30, 2017)
||Student Success: Increase the percentage of students persisting from Fall to Spring semester to 74%.
||Workforce Development: Generate 32,000 contract hours in workforce development.
||Underserved Students: Improve the persistence and completion rates of underserved students.
||Student Success: increase the number of students earning a degree, including an associate's degree,
technical certificate, or other certificate to 675.
||Student Access: increase fall headcount enrollment for 2016 to 3100.
||Fund Raising: Raise at least $1,000,000 through the National Park College Foundation.
||Student Success: increase number of students transferring to a four-year college or university after
completing an associate's degree to 150 students.
||Fiscal Responsibility: Decrease the amount of state funding expended for administrative expenses to 19%.
