Hailing originally from New York City, Eve Victory parlayed her B.A into a career
in marketing communications and event planning. Working on both coasts, she has been
responsible for rebranding and developing customer communication strategies of multiple
companies as well as managing million dollar tradeshow and meeting budgets.
After moving to Hot Springs twelve years ago, she went back to school to earn an A.S.
in Hospitality and upon graduation, created Chiffonade Chef Services, a personal chef
company. Multiple accolades, including the 2012 HSV Chamber Entrepreneur of the Year
Award, attest to Eve’s continual growth and pursuit of learning. She serves as Personal
Chef for Lookout Point Lakeside Inn and Garvan Woodland Gardens English Teas, and
is a Chef of Distinction for the Desoto Club in Hot Springs Village.
Providing instructional classes to the hospitality students at National Park College,
The Culinary District, the education program at Garvan Gardens, paved the way for
the opportunity to attain her current position as NPC's Hospitality Instructor. As
an instructor, Eve not only utilizes her professional skillset but is very proud to
have the responsibility of impacting and encouraging students to widen their boundaries
and celebrate their achievements.
