Franklin Bass currently serves as Community Bank President of Southwest Arkansas for
Arvest Bank. He is a 2002 graduate of the University of Arkansas, Walton School of
Business.
Franklin volunteers his time in numerous ways and was the youngest ever Hot Springs
Metro Partnership Chairman, in 2019. He was the President of Fifty for the Future
in 2021 and currently serves in that capacity for Garland County Habitat for Humanity.
Franklin also serves as a board member for the Arkansas Game and Fish Foundation,
National Park College Foundation, All Created Equal food provision committee at Lakeside
School District, and coaches in several local youth sports leagues where his children
participate. In 2021, the Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce recognized Franklin with
a “Rising Star” award,
Franklin, his wife, Amanda, and their three children, David Franklin, Nora, and Issac
attend Lake Valley Community Church serving through the J.A.M. program for school-age
children.
