RN-to-BSN Completion Programs

The NPC Nursing Program has established RN-to-BSN partnerships with multiple universities, offering a flexible pathway to complete your Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. This program follows a 1 + 2 + 1 structure, where you can pursue BSN coursework either online or in person once you have earned your Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) degree and hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Starting in the Summer of 2025, National Park College will collaborate with the University of Arkansas Monticello (UAM) to offer a Hybrid RN-to-BSN program on the NPC campus. The program will be taught by NPC’s own nursing faculty.

By the time you enter the completion program, you will have already earned an Associate of Science in Nursing and hold an unencumbered RN license in Arkansas. The RN-to-BSN agreement outlines additional general education courses you must complete for admission. Many of these general education requirements can be fulfilled at NPC while you're still completing your ASN.
