In this episode, Dr. Derden sits down with the Director of Career Pathways at National Park College, Lataschya Harris. Her work with Career Pathways focuses on low-income parents pursuing an education. The program eliminates boundaries that keep students from the careers that they desire. “It has been my greatest joy and passion to go into different communities and recruit parents who didn’t think they could go to school,” said Harris.
