Student Housing Community at National Park College
In 2020, National Park College unveiled its first on-campus student housing community, Dogwood Hall. This modern, three-story facility, located at the intersection of Mid America Boulevard and College Drive, provided students with easy access to campus resources. Designed to foster a dynamic academic environment, Dogwood Hall accommodated 180 residents within 52 fully furnished apartments, featuring social lounges and other community amenities aimed at promoting academic success while eliminating the need for commuting.
By 2025, plans were set to expand the residence, adding Redbud Hall, to include 51 more units and increasing the total capacity to house 400 students. The expanded housing would offer four different room styles, ensuring a range of options to meet diverse student needs.

Student housing was designed with your academic and social success in mind and offers a variety of amenities that enhance the overall student experience. Sleep in a little later and walk to class or host a study group in one of our study lounges.
Don’t worry about setting up different utility bills, our rates include all utilities and high speed WiFi. All units come fully furnished with a twin standard bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee table, work desk and chair.
Additionally, we offer individual lease liability, which means you can stress less knowing you are only responsible for paying your rent. Our leases are available in academic term (Fall - Spring) and full term (Fall - Summer) options. Best of all you can apply your financial aid and applicable scholarships towards your housing costs so don't forget to reach out to your financial aid coordinator.
