Simple, Student-Friendly Living

No surprise utility bills. No long commutes. No stress. You can use your financial aid and scholarships toward housing costs, and choose the lease option that works for you—9-month or 12-month.

And yes, you can sleep in a little later.

Choose a floor plan that fits your needs and your budget.

Select the layout that fits your lifestyle—whether you prefer more privacy or a shared space with friends, there’s an option for you. Once you choose a floor plan, your building assignment (Dogwood or Redbud) will be determined by lottery based on availability.

Use Financial Aid Toward Housing

Your housing and meal plan charges are added to your student account along with your tuition and fees. Many students use financial aid to help cover these costs. To see how your aid package applies, contact the Student Services front desk at 501-760-4402 and ask to speak with a financial aid coordinator. We're here to help you make it happen.
