National Park College (NPC) is excited to welcome students back to campus this summer for its 2025 Summer Camp Series, open to students entering grades 3 through 10. Hosted by NPC’s Continuing Education and the NPC Makerspace, the camps offer engaging, hands-on learning experiences in science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics throughout June and July.

Each camp runs Monday through Thursday and is designed to spark creativity, curiosity and problem-solving. Campers can explore everything from art and film to robotics, drones and culinary creations. Camps are offered in two age groups: grades 3–5 and grades 6–10, with options tailored to each level.

“NPC Summer Camps are truly one of a kind and introduce kids to college life in a fun, meaningful way,” said Ginger Ladehoff, continuing education specialist. “From hands-on STEM projects to creative arts, each camp is thoughtfully designed to inspire future careers while building confidence and lifelong memories.”

“Kids get to spend time with friends, play games and learn what they're curious about,” said Mark McCorkle, Makerspace coordinator. “They often get to take home what they create—like electronics kits or 3D-printed items—and most importantly, they get comfortable in a college setting, which builds confidence for the future.”

All camps are held on the NPC campus at 101 College Drive in Hot Springs and are priced at $115 per student. Enrollment is limited, and many camps—such as culinary, drones and Minecraft coding—are filling quickly.
