National Park College (NPC) Nighthawk Athletics recently revealed its career leaders
across multiple statistics for its men’s and women’s soccer programs.
For women’s soccer, Yessenia Vargas (Fresno, Texas) was recognized as the program’s
all-time scoring leader (9). Former goalkeeper Brooklyn Mize (Godley, Texas) serves
as NPC’s career saves leader, recording 199 stops in NPC’s inaugural season, in which
she ranked third, nationally, in saves.
Recently-graduated sophomore Felix Rocca (Leipzig, Germany) and freshman winger Paulo
Ndenzako (Memphis, Tennessee) share NPC men’s soccer’s all-time scoring record with
10 goals apiece, while former goalkeeper Xavier Marquez (El Paso, Texas) stands atop
the leaderboard in saves (39).

Each weekday in June, NPC will release new stat graphics via its Nighthawk Athletics
social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram and X, with women’s sports announced
at 8 a.m. followed by men’s sports at 12 p.m. Men’s and women’s soccer leaders will
be recognized through Tuesday, June 4, followed by the reveal of NPC’s career leaders
for its men’s and women’s basketball programs beginning Wednesday, June 5. Career
leaders for NPC’s baseball and softball programs will be announced beginning Friday,
June 14.
