NPC Dining Welcomes New Executive Chef

Julia Marshall in chef's coat and apron.National Park College (NPC) has a new executive chef on campus. Chartwells, the College's dining service provider, announced the addition of Chef Julia Marshall to its team.

Marshall comes from Pine Bluff, where she worked as a sous chef at Saracen Casino Hotel and Resort. She has a degree in culinary arts and bakery and pastry arts from Pulaski Technical College, as well as a certificate in dietary management.

"Julia is a talented and experienced chef who will bring a fresh and creative perspective to our dining program. We are thrilled to have her join our Chartwells family and serve the NPC community. I knew from the moment I met her that she would fit in with the team and bring our dining service to a new level. She has a great passion to provide the best for the students at NPC," said Nathan Poor, Director of Food Service.

"I am so happy to be a part of the dining service here at National Park College," Marshall said. "We have a great team, and our top priority is providing great customer service and quality meals for our students, faculty and staff. As the executive chef, I'm looking forward to enhancing our menu and dining experience for the students of NPC."
