Discover why Microsoft Word is much more than creating a document, how PowerPoint can create memorable media presentations, and how to use Excel proficiently. Explore the possibilities of using Outlook to manage information such as email, calendars, contacts, and tasks. Master cloud-based services such as Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, and SharePoint to communicate and collaborate. Upon completing this 30-hour comprehensive training, you will earn a certificate of completion in Microsoft 365 business basics competencies.

Microsoft Word  

Microsoft Word is no longer just for typing letters. You can publish newsletters, create business logos, draft extensive manuals, and many other documents from your desktop using Word. Learn formatting shortcuts, layout designs, and customizing images. Having basic computer skills is a prerequisite.  

Microsoft PowerPoint  

This course covers all PowerPoint has to offer for creating, designing, and presenting multi-media presentations. You will learn slide layout and design, content creation, animation, and transitions while incorporating photos, sound, and video. Learn to insert charts and graphs and present your show to a broad audience. Having basic computer skills is a prerequisite.  

Microsoft OneDrive

OneDrive is an online cloud storage service from Microsoft. OneDrive allows you to save work files, photos, and other documents across multiple devices. You will learn how to save your files in OneDrive and have them automatically sync on different devices. OneDrive integrates with Microsoft Office to access Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents from OneDrive. Having basic computer skills is a prerequisite.  

Microsoft Excel Level 1  

Learn the basics of Excel. The course covers entering, formatting numbers and text, ranges, copying and moving data, basic formulas, data entry shortcuts, auto-sum, auto-complete and auto-fill, relative and absolute cell references, formatting, charts, comments, hyperlinks, and printing. Having basic computer skills is a prerequisite.  

Microsoft Excel Level 2  

In this course, you will streamline and enhance spreadsheets with templates, charts, graphics, and formulas. You will also learn to apply visual elements and advanced formulas to a worksheet to display data in various formats. Additionally, you will learn to sort and filter data, import and export data, analyze data, and work with charts. Basic Excel knowledge, including creating, editing, formatting, and printing worksheets, is a prerequisite.  

Microsoft Excel Level 3  

Learn how to use Excel for a variety of problem-solving tasks. You will gain an understanding of how to use Excel as a database, including the elements of the data table, outlining and subtotaling, paste-special with calculations, consolidating, programmatic formulas including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, ISERROR, nested IF statements with AND and OR, and pivot tables. Excel Levels 1 and 2 are prerequisites.
