NPC Minutes of the Board of Trustees Executive Session Meeting
The National Park College Board of Trustees Executive Officers met in an Executive session on April 22, 2026, beginning at 12:58 p.m. Trustees present were Jim Hale, Chair; Beverly Joe, Vice Chair; and Raymond Wright, Secretary/Treasurer.
The media was notified of the meeting. No media were in attendance.
Chair Hale opened the meeting with a welcome and presented the invocation.
Items for Action
Chair Hale motioned to enter into executive session for the purpose of discussing personnel matters. Secretary Wright seconded the motion. Guests were excused from the room at 12:59 p.m.
The executive session concluded at 1:40 p.m. Chair Hale reopened the meeting and stated that the Executive Officers met to review and organize the President’s evaluation materials in preparation for the April 29, 2026, Board meeting, at which time the full Board will meet with the president in executive session to review his evaluation. No decisions were made during the executive session, and no action was taken.
There being no further business, Vice Chair Joe motioned to adjourn the meeting. Secretary Wright seconded the motion. The meeting adjourned at 1:41 p.m.
