Dogwood Hall is a brand new three-story on-campus student housing community for National Park College students. Located on Mid America Boulevard and College Drive, you will have the opportunity to enjoy convenient access to everything the NPC campus provides. This vibrant academic community houses 180 residents throughout 52 fully furnished apartments. Dogwood Hall residents can enjoy social lounges and community amenities that encourage academic success while removing the hassle of commuting to class.

Dogwood Hall was designed with your academic and social success in mind and offers a variety of amenities that enhance the overall student experience. Sleep in a little later and walk to class or host a study group in one of our study lounges.
Don’t worry about setting up different utility bills, our rates include all utilities and high speed WiFi. All units come fully furnished with a twin standard bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee table, work desk and chair.
Additionally, we offer individual lease liability, which means you can stress less knowing you are only responsible for paying your rent. Our leases are available in academic term (Fall - Spring) and full term (Fall - Summer) options. Best of all you can apply your financial aid and applicable scholarships towards your housing costs so don't forget to reach out to your financial aid coordinator.
