I: Approval of minutes
- September 23, 2024: Approved via GroupMe after meeting
II: Reports
- Officers Reports:
-
Treasure Report: There is $7,347.57 left in the budget.
- President Report: none
- Public Relations Report: Brianna needs to get access to the SGA lnstagram and not use just Facebook. Brianna asked if everyone is okay being posted on social. Everyone seemed fine with being posted except for Jennifer requested to not be posted. Brianna, also, wants to introduce the SGA members and their roles via social media. Most everyone agreed that SGA wants to see humor, personality, etc. on social media after Brianna asked. The other thought regarding social media is to use it these platforms to possibly introduce the Guardian app and, also, for student engagement.
- Standing Committee Reports:
-
Interclub Committee: Victoria needs to look at the printing options for other clubs.
-
Constitution and By-Laws Committee: The meeting is set for Wednesday, October 16 at 8:15 a.m. for Sherri and Jayden to meet.

-
- Can Outside Organizations Participate -
- It was discussed that we need to look into possibly having regulations or "rules" on who can and cannot participate if we decide to allow other organizations to participate. We did not come to a final decision on this.

IV: Items for Action - New Business
- Children's Care Petition:
- The next step would be for the lady, who started the petition, to come to an SGA meeting and discuss with us her ideas.
- Request for Campus Newspaper:
- Someone requested for a campus newspaper. However, the next steps would be them coming to an SGA meeting with their proposal.
- Establish Regular Meeting Schedule:
