The National Park College (NPC) Foundation will host its third annual A Night of Art on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the NPC Student Commons. Presented by the Levi Community Foundation, the community-wide event celebrates student creativity while generating critical support for NPC students.
The Student Commons will once again be transformed into a vibrant celebration of the arts, featuring a curated gallery of original student artwork, catered hors d’oeuvres and desserts, handcrafted mocktails and live music by NPC alum Jacob Flores.
The pop-up art gallery returns as the centerpiece of the evening, inviting guests to discover and collect student artwork. Limited-edition prints and fresh screen-printed T-shirts will be available in the pop-up shop, while framed, signed originals may be purchased directly from the student gallery. Each piece is thoughtfully created and personally signed by the artist.
“One of the most rewarding parts of this event is seeing students experience their work displayed in a gallery setting for the first time,” said Jennifer Seward, assistant professor of digital media arts. “Each year, the creativity and technical skill of our students continues to grow, and this exhibition is a wonderful opportunity to highlight their accomplishments.”
The popular mocktail competition also returns this year, featuring creative, alcohol-free drinks crafted by some of Hot Springs’ favorite restaurants and venues across the Spa City.
Proceeds from A Night of Art support National Park College’s mission of student success through scholarships, program funds and student support services that help students stay enrolled and reach their educational goals.
Nicole Herndon, executive director of the NPC Foundation, said the event continues to grow as a meaningful investment in students.
“A Night of Art brings our community together to celebrate the incredible talent of our students while directly supporting their educational journey,” Herndon said. “Through scholarships and student support initiatives, this event helps remove financial barriers and expand opportunities for all NPC students.”
NPC President Dr. Wade Derden said the event reflects the strong support NPC receives from the community.
“Something that makes National Park College special is the strong support we receive from our community,” Derden said. “A Night of Art brings people together to celebrate creativity while also investing in the success of our students.”
Tickets are $35 and include access to the gallery showcase, pop-up shop, food, beverages and live entertainment. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit np.edu/ArtNight.
