The National Park College (NPC) Nighthawk cheer team captured the Collegiate Virtual Championship in the Junior College Spirit Showdown presented by The College Classic this week.
Posting a championship score of 80.10, NPC finished first among junior colleges in the All-Girl Cheer Game Day division. The team’s routine showcased the Nighthawks’ signature game-day energy, precision and crowd-leading ability, reflecting the team’s commitment to excellence and school spirit throughout the season.
“I’m incredibly proud of this team and the work it puts in every single day,” head coach Michelle Godwin said. “They represent National Park College with heart, grit and an unmatched level of spirit. Winning this championship during Women’s History Month makes it even more meaningful, because these student-athletes are incredible examples of what strong, driven women can accomplish together.”
