National Park College (NPC) celebrated a significant achievement last month, securing four Gold and four Silver Medallions at the 2024 National Council for Marketing and Public Relations (NCMPR) Medallion Awards Ceremony in Fort Worth, Texas.
NPC earned gold medallions in the categories of Print Advertisement, Radio Advertisement, Writing Long Form, and the Wild Card category. The College also received silver medallions for Special Event or Fundraising Campaign, Original Photography Manipulated, Social Media Post, and Story or Viewbook.
In addition to these accolades, Melissa Kennon, content developer and digital accessibility analyst was honored as the 2024 District 4 Rising Star. The Rising Star Award is presented annually to newcomers who have demonstrated exceptional creativity or ability in marketing and public relations, indicating a promising future in the field. District winners automatically qualify for consideration for the national award.

This award is not just a personal achievement; it is a testament to the incredible work and dedication of our entire team at National Park College. Together, we have strived to create innovative and impactful marketing and public relations campaigns that make a positive difference in our community.
