Burke Completes Certification In Homeostasis
National Park College (NPC) Health Sciences instructor Dr. Chuck Burke has earned
a certification of completion for the Homeostasis Learning Module from The American
Physiological Society.
The Homeostasis Learning Module provides foundational knowledge of homeostasis as
defined by education experts. This learning module is part of the Teaching and Learning
Integrative Physiology Series, comprising of learning modules on various physiology
teaching content.
Burke finished the 10-hour course earlier this month. When asked how this course benefited
him he responded, “This certification provides me guidance from national experts on
the topic of homeostasis so I can better teach my students about homeostasis.”
