The ACC Academic All-Star program awards a scholarship to a student at a two-year college to recognize the scholarly and service achievements of Arkansas’ two-year college students.

Lindsey is a first-year Associate of Arts major who balances her studies and campus activities, but also serves as the Student Government Association president and is a member of the NPC cheer team. School has always been a priority for Lindsey. Her future plans are to graduate from NPC, transfer to the University of Central Arkansas and pursue her degree in psychology.

“NPC has not only made me more confident in myself and my abilities, but it has helped me to build relationships around campus that I will carry with me throughout the rest of my life,” said Lindsey.

Lindsey hopes to open a private practice to help those in need. “I have always been a people person and enjoy working to not only help people, but to get to know them in a deeper sense. I feel like this major and career path will allow me to do just that,” she added.
