National Park College (NPC) named Brandon Perry as the April student of the month.
Perry is completing his final semester at NPC and plans to transfer to Arkansas State
University in the fall for the RN-to-BSN program. He has accepted a position at National
Park Medical Center in the Intensive Care Unit. He plans to continue his education
to become a certified registered nurse anesthetist.
NPC is close to home for Perry so it was an easy decision when choosing a college.
He noted, “The instructors don’t make it easy at NPC, but they really prepared me
for the next steps in my career which is passing boards and providing quality care
to the members of our community.”
Dean of Nursing and Health Sciences Janice Ivers said, “Brandon has been a great nursing
student and a high achiever. He has been self-motivated, focused and engaged in his
learning and will be an asset to the profession of nursing. I look forward to seeing
all of his future accomplishments.
“I would like to thank Dean Ivers and all of our instructors for providing such an
excellent program,” said Perry.
