NPC has two students taking the class and will have up to three students in next week’s course.

“Having Suzuki host training on campus gives NPC tremendous exposure in the industry that we wouldn’t have otherwise,” stated Dino Hunter, marine technology instructor. “Their partnership lets our program take advantage of this training by allowing qualified students to attend. Having an opportunity to pass a factory-training course while in our marine program is huge. It is beneficial to students entering the workforce and gives them a leg up on their competition.”

Due to NPC’s partnership with Suzuki, all marine technology students are trained on the latest Suzuki equipment.
