The National Park College (NPC) Criminal Justice program welcomed the Hot Springs
Police Department (HSPD) to campus Wednesday.
Assistant Chief William Hrvatin and Officer First Class Omar Cervantes spoke to instructor
John Day’s Corrections Class and Criminal Procedures and Evidence class about the
opportunities HSPD offers and answered questions from students.
