NPC Hosts CRASE Training

Hot Springs Police Chief Chris Chapmond in front of US flagCivilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) training was presented by Hot Springs Police Chief, Chris Chapmond to NPC faculty, staff, and students last month. It is built on the Avoid, Deny Defend strategy developed by ALERRT in 2004. This training provides strategies, guidance, and a proven plan for surviving an active shooter event.
