National Park College (NPC) recently received a $10,000 continuing grant from the
Oaklawn Foundation Student Wellness Fund through the United Way of the Ouachitas.
The grant will help students through wellness initiatives such as housing, clothing
assistance, food insecurities, supplies and more.
Dr. John Hogan said, “We are grateful for the continued investment by the United Way
and Oaklawn Foundation School Wellness program. Our students in need receive an immediate
impact from this fund, allowing them to focus on their studies and, in turn, succeed
in the classroom. We appreciate our partnership and the ability to improve the outcomes
for National Park College students.”
