National Park College (NPC) Human Resources (HR) department implemented a new payroll
system called Paycor.
The Paycor system provides the HR department with innovative technology and automation.
For employees, Paycor provides versatile mobility and self-service for all of their
HR needs.
Human Resource staff Juanita Brewer and Te’Airra Blanchard both shared enthusiasm
about the new system. Brewer stated, “The HR team is thoroughly excited about the
launch of a new payroll software. Paycor offers the ability to automate the payroll
process and advance to paperless functionality. The system will allow employees to
mobile punch and send leave request for approval. It will give employees access to
monitor their employee information."
Blanchard stated, "Paycor is equipped with an app that you can download to your cell
phone for user friendly operations. Let’s not forget about the supervisors. Supervisors
will have the access to monitor and approve their employee’s timecards and leave requests.
Paycor will later offer other functions such as applicant tracking, onboarding set
up and employee performance evaluations. Stay tuned for all the great things Paycor
