National Park College (NPC) recently received a $7,500 continuing grant from the Oaklawn
Foundation Student Wellness Fund through the United Way of the Ouachitas.
The grant will help students through wellness initiatives such as housing, clothing
assistance, food insecurities, supplies and more.
Nicole Herndon, the Executive Director of the NPC Foundation said, “The continued
support of the United Way and the Oaklawn Foundation is instrumental in the success
of our students. This program is sustainable and provides opportunities for our students
to ensure they are successful in their education.”
