Applications Open For Lloyd's Second Chance Scholarship

National Park College (NPC) and Lloyd’s Auto Sales have partnered to offer the Lloyd’s Second Chance Scholarship.

The Lloyd's Second Chance Scholarship is available to students who need a second chance at earning an education. One scholarship for full tuition and fees will be awarded for the fall semester. Applicants must be out of high school for at least one year. Applicants may also be considered for the non-traditional student scholarship up to $1000.

“We know it is hard for those who have been out of school for a while to find a way to finish what they started. We are very excited to be able to offer this scholarship to someone who needs a second chance,” said NPC scholarship coordinator, Tennille Johnson. “This scholarship is unique because it covers tuition and fees providing less out of pocket expenses when returning to college. We are also happy that many of those who apply may also qualify for a non-traditional student scholarship up to $1000.”

“Once again, Lloyd’s Auto Sales is proud to partner with NPC to participate in this year’s Second Chance scholarship. Here at Lloyd’s we have a strong desire to give back to our community. It’s a privilege to support and encourage those who are striving to improve their lives through education. We are excited and look forward to meeting this year’s worthy recipient,” said Lloyd Robertson, owner of Lloyd’s Auto Sales.

Applications opened April 1 with a priority deadline of June 15. Scholarship requirements and application information can be found at np.edu/secondchance.
