The Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) www.acbsp.org Associate Degree Board of Commissioners has awarded National Park College (NPC) a 10 year accreditation of its business programs.

Celebrating 30 years of excellence in global business program accreditation, ACBSP is the only organization offering specialized business accreditation for all degree levels, from associate to baccalaureate to doctoral degree programs. ACBSP accreditation certifies that the teaching and learning processes within the business programs offered through the Business Division at National Park College meet the rigorous educational standards established by ACBSP.

Based on the Baldridge Education Criteria for Performance Excellence, ACBSP accreditation evaluates aspects of leadership, strategic planning, relationships with stakeholders, quality of academic programs, faculty credentials, and educational support to determine whether or not the business programs offers a rigorous educational experience and demonstrate continuous quality improvement.

“National Park College has shown a commitment to teaching excellence and to the process of quality improvement by participating in the accreditation process,” said ACBSP Chief Accreditation Officer Dr. Steve Parscale, who will present the Certificate of Accreditation at ACBSP Conference 2019 in Houston, Texas, on June 23. “This accreditation is evidence that NPC is committed to providing the highest quality business education for their students.”

Business Division Chair, Jennifer Lyons said, “Employers and four-year colleges and universities place a higher value on students who have completed an accredited program. ACBSP accreditation validates the high-quality instruction offered at NPC. Our students can capitalize on that by knowing they have graduated from a program that has been verified by the most rigorous business accreditation available for two-year colleges.”
