National Park College welcomes Stephanie Warner in her new role at the College as
an English instructor.
A Pearcy native, Warner graduated from Lake Hamilton High School in 2006. She received
her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Henderson State University in 2010 and 2012
respectively.
Warner has taught at NPC as an adjunct English instructor for seven years and has
also taught as an adjunct for Henderson State University. She enjoys reading, writing,
being outdoors and spending time with her family.
Warner said she is most looking forward to “being more present to the students, doing
what I can to help the College and especially help the student body.”
“I love working with our students,” she said. “They work really hard and they’re
great students to have in class. A lot of times they even cheer each other on, which
is great for me as a teacher to watch. They guide each other and celebrate their successes.”
“Also, the location of this school is wonderful. I enjoy coming to work every day
and seeing the beautiful mountains behind the school. We are so lucky to be able to
view the mountains as they change each season.”
