National Park College’s (NPC) Hospitality and Tourism students opened up Café 501
April 18 and offered a taste of the bayou from the Backwater Special to the Bayou
Butterscotch Cake.
Faculty, staff and students enjoyed delicious food and had an opportunity to bid
on silent auction items. The proceeds from the event support the NPC Hospitality and
Tourism Program, the Wanda Reese Hospitality Scholarship and the Arkansas Food Bank.
