“Over the last four-years, the state of Arkansas has contributed more than $2 million in scholarships to National Park College students. Because NPC keeps their costs low, these dollars go a long way and make a significant impact on families in the Hot Springs area. I am here to congratulate NPC students for investing in their futures,” stated Dr. Markham.
