National Park College (NPC) Respiratory Care program received a five-year continuing
accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (COARC) last week.
COARC provides accreditation services to educational programs in Respiratory Care
to ensure that institutions provide high quality respiratory care education and competently
prepare students for the workplace. The accreditation process is voluntary and is
initiated at the request of an institution. The accreditation process includes a rigorous
self-study and completion of an on-site visit.Pictured is Respiratory Program Director, Paul Lowe demonstrating intubation techniques

"We are proud of this certification. It demonstrates our commitment to providing the
best education needed for our Respiratory Care students to begin their professional
practice,” said Respiratory Program Director, Paul Lowe.
