NPC's Phi Theta Kappa Inducts 37 New Members

National Park College (NPC) Alpha Beta Psi Chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) International Honor Society hosted an induction ceremony Thursday evening with 37 new members.

Darla Thurber, vice president for external affairs provided opening remarks and guest speaker Renee Westfall, account executive at US Stations. Westfall spoke about fellowship among those in PTK. She shared how PTK not only influenced her life on a personal level but how her involvement with PTK has shaped her relationship within the community.

Chapter officers for 2018-2019 include president, Cory Morris, vice president, Jared Homishak, vice president of scholarship, Laura Alonso-Lopez, vice president of service, Ashley Allison and secretary/public relations officer, Sarah Duran.

The following new members were welcomed during a candle lighting ceremony:
