NPC Hosts College Exploration Day

National Park College (NPC) hosted College Exploration Day last week for students interested in transferring to a four-year university. The event was organized by the National Park University (NPU) Transfer Center. Nearly 300 students attended the event to learn about degree programs, Pictured is Southern Arkansas University representative Steve Sutton (left) discussing transfer options with NPC student Keagan Furlong (right).scholarships and other transfer opportunities.

Forty-nine transfer representatives were on hand from 19 colleges and universities from around the region, including Arkansas State University, Arkansas Tech University, Baptist Health College, Central Baptist College, Henderson State University, John brown University, Lyon College, Mississippi State University, Southern Arkansas University, University of Arkansas, University of Arkansas – Fort Smith, University of Arkansas Hope – Texarkana, University of Arkansas at Little Rock, University of Arkansas at Monticello, University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, UAMS College of Nursing, UAMS College of Pharmacy, University of Central Arkansas, and Williams Baptist College.
