Accounting Class Visits Superior Bathhouse
Jennifer Lyons’s Principles of Accounting II class recently met with Rose Schweikhart,
the owner of Superior Bathhouse and Brewery, and toured the brewery. Schweikhart addressed
several accounting topics including process costing, product costing, supply chain,
raw materials, direct labor and overhead. Students enjoyed her account of the entrepreneurial
journey and were very engaged asking questions throughout the presentation of the
beer brewing process.
