Nighthawks vs Champion Tigers Ends in Double Overtime

National Park College (NPC) Nighthawk Men’s Basketball team faced the Champion Christian College Tigers Tuesday at Champion College. The game ended in score of 108-102 after an intense hard-fought double overtime match-up.

The score remained even the majority of the game, with a tied 43-43 halftime score that led to 98-98 score after the first overtime. In the end, the Tigers escaped with a slight lead and ended with a final score of 108-102 after the second overtime.

The Nighthawks and Tigers will face off again January 2 at Bank of the Ozarks Arena at 8 p.m.
