American Tribal Belly Dance

American tribal-style belly dance movements are inspired by folkloric dances of the
Middle East, North Africa, Spain
and India. It is a method of structured group improvisation. (No requirement to show
your belly!)

Ariel Yoga*

Aerial yoga is a combination of traditional yoga poses done on the floor, and postures
practiced using silk fabric
suspended at waist height. Transitioning in and out of the aerial yoga postures builds
upper body strength, and resting
in the postures heightens relaxation for a balanced effort overall.

HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training*

Hiking Hot Springs

Put your best foot forward in this basic introduction to hiking. This class includes
a three-hour classroom session
on a weekday evening combined with practical hiking experiences the following two

Spa Running Festival - 5K, 10K, Half Marathon

The Spa Running Festival is an event that has a race for everyone: kids, walkers,
beginners to elite runners
and those that like a challenge! This year will be the 35th running of the Spa 10K
and it continues to be our
featured race as part of the Grand Prix Racing Series.

The benefits of yoga and Pilates can be found in Yogalates, an exercise method combining
