Program Overview

The Marine Technology program produces professionals to serve the growing needs created by our region's recreational and residential lakes. It is the only one of its kind in the state of Arkansas and one of a few in the United States. The program covers all facets of the marine repair industry including engine repair and service, electrical systems, electronic fuel injection, and off-season boat maintenance. You will have an opportunity to begin a path to certification in Yamaha, Suzuki and Mercury.  You will also have an opportunity to receive certifications from the Yamaha MCP Program for V, In-line, and Portables.

Course Delivery & Structure

Courses are offered on-campus and include hands-on learning experiences with a variety of tools and equipment.
