Oasis is the student information system that can be used to check to-do lists, view financial aid awards such as pell, loans and scholarships, accept or decline financial aid awards, check disbursement status, enroll in classes and apply for graduation.
You will have access to Oasis approximately 24 hours after you enroll in classes. If you are not enrolled and want to check the status of your FAFSA, please call the Financial Aid office at 501-760-4159.
Log-In
Your username and password will be the same username and password that you use for your webmail and D2L account. Your username should consist of your first initial and your full last name. If a previous student has had the same first initial and last name, you may have a number added to the end of your last name. Your password will consist of the last four digits of you social security number, your birth month and birth date. For example if that last four of your social is 1234, birth month is January, and birthday is the first, then your password would be 12340101. Checking Your To-Do List
- Log into Oasis.
- Click the compass in the top right corner.
- Click Navigator to access the flyout menu.
- Click Campus Personal Information.
- Click To Do List.
The to-do list will inform you of any additional information that is needed to complete your financial aid. In the Campus Personal Information tab you can also access and update any personal information such as name, address, email, phone number and emergency contacts. It is important to keep this information up-to-date as this is the information that will be used to mail your diploma and/or certifications. In the same menu you can also view any holds on your account. All holds must be lifted before graduation.
Viewing Your Campus Finances
- Log into Oasis.
- Click the compass in the top right corner.
- Click Navigator to access the flyout menu.
- Click Campus Finances.
From here, you can access your account information, accept and decline awards, view financial aid, report aid from other sources and view student permissions.
