Bill Ritter was born and raised in Hot Springs and has 20 years of dedication to education
in our area. Bill has a bachelor’s degree in music education and master’s degree in
public school administration from Henderson State University. After 13 years working
in public schools, Bill came to NPC Adult Education in the fall of 2013. He became
director on July 1, 2015 and has facilitated the establishing of classes in the new
Garland County Detention Center, an Alternatives to Incarceration program with the
Garland County District Court, our program’s move into a new facility, and continued
growth for the Adult Education program. Bill is the current Chair of the Arkansas
Adult Education and Literacy Council Advisory Committee, and the president of the
Arkansas Association Administrators of Adult Education.
