Beverly D. Joe is the Vice President of Human Resources for Radius Aerospace. Bev
heads up the HR function for Radius’ five domestic and international locations. Bev
is responsible for employment law and compliance, talent acquisition, and performance
management, employee relations, and more.
Bev joined Radius from Triumph Group where she served as Sr. Director of Human Resources
for the Product Support business unit. Prior to joining Triumph Group, she served
as the Director of Human Resources for Heritage Physician Group and taught as adjunct
faculty at National Park College.
Bev holds a BSE from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from Baker College Center
for Graduate Studies. She has been very active in the community serving on the Board
of Directors for Mid America Science Museum, Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce, Abilities
Unlimited, and as a Trustee on the National Park College Board. Bev and her husband,
Scott, have two daughters. She enjoys organic gardening in her spare time.
