Academic Success Center Coordinator, Student Affairs
AA, Garland County Community College; BSE, Henderson State University Lisa Walker teaches reading for the Learning Acceleration Division and is the coordinator of the Academic Success Center. Like several other LAD faculty, she is an NPC alumnae. She began as a work-study student in the reading laboratory while a student. Two years after her graduation from Henderson State University, Walker began teaching reading night courses as an adjunct instructor while teaching full-time in the public school system during the day. She has continued to work at NPC to the present.
