My name is Cheyenne Needham and I am one of the new instructors in the nursing department on the PN team. Attached is my faculty bio for the college website. I have reached out to Melissa to schedule a time for a headshot and hope to have that done very soon. Please let me know if you need any changes or additional information. Having once been a nontraditional student balancing school, work, and family, I know firsthand the challenges nursing students face, and I strive to support them in my role as faculty at National Park College. My nursing journey began as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2020, followed by earning my RN in 2023. My background includes dialysis, hematology/oncology, medical-surgical nursing with a focus on cardiac and renal care, and long-term acute care. Teaching future nurses is both a privilege and a passion, and I am dedicated to preparing students to provide safe, compassionate, and skilled care. Outside of work, I have been married since 2017, and my husband and I have two children who keep us busy and bring us so much joy. Our son loves playing soccer, and our daughter is active in cheerleading, so much of our free time is spent at the soccer fields or cheer events. Choosing nursing is choosing a life of service, and I’m honored to walk alongside you here at National Park College.
