Faculty, Education
I have always loved learning—and, at its core, that is what teaching is. Growing up, my parents often called me a “professional student” because I loved school and kept going back whenever I could. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Education in 2015, specializing in Middle Childhood with an emphasis in English and Social Studies. In 2018, I completed a Master of Education in Reading with a dyslexia therapy endorsement, and in 2021, I earned a Master of Education in Library and Media Sciences. Truthfully, I would love to continue my education; I am simply exploring what path to take next. Teaching has been my passion since 2015, and I have had the privilege of working in public schools, private schools, and now higher education. My favorite place on campus is with students—exploring ideas, asking questions, and discovering how we can build a better tomorrow together. When I’m not on campus, you’ll likely find me traveling with my family or lost in a good book. Credentials/Degrees BSE Middle Childhood Education M.Ed Reading M.Ed Library Media Dyslexia Therapist
