This policy indicates the College’s support for and compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA).

SCOPE

The policy applies to all faculty, staff, and students.

POLICY STATEMENT

The College will support and comply with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All employees, students, and parents should be aware that all student records are private and that information concerning student educational records may not be shared without written permission of the student.
