NPC POLICY 3.310
The purpose of this policy is to provide guidance for the administration of the Cash Bank Demand Deposit Accounts of NPC.
This policy applies to all Cash Bank Demand Deposit Accounts of NPC.
NPC Board of Trustees
All changes to the college's demand deposit operating account(s) (including the Unexpended Plant and the Debt Retirement Funds' accounts) require prior approval by the Board of Trustees. The College reserves the right to reassess these accounts, including the financial institution holding the accounts, at any time if it is determined that it would be in the best interest of the College.
The Cash Demand Deposit Accounts fall under the day-to-day responsibilities of the Vice President for Finance and the Chief Fiscal Officer.
