NPC Minutes of the Board of Trustees Annual Meeting
The National Park College Board of Trustees met in annual session January 27, 2021, via Zoom. Trustees present were Larry Bailey, Mike Bush, Joyce Craft,Gail Ezelle, Jim Hale, Don Harris, Beverly Joe, Forrest Spicher, and Raymond Wright.
The media was notified of the meeting. Raymond Wright presented the invocation.
Items for Action
- Trustee Hale made a motion to re-elect Forrest Spicher as Chair, Gail Ezelle as Vice Chair,and Joyce Craft as Secretary. Raymond Wright seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
- Trustee Wright made a motion to approve the 2020 Annual Meeting minutes as presented. Trustee Joe seconded the motion, and it passed unanimously.
- Chair Spicher presented the proposed 2021 meeting calendar. Trustee Ezelle moved to adopt the Trustee Craft seconded the motion, and it passed unanimously.
- Chair Spicher presented the standing committees of the Board and their A proposal was made to keep the Budget and Finance Committee and the Building and Campus Development Committee. Chair Spicher made note that Chairpersons and committee members would be announced at the next regular board meeting.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 3:23 p.m.
