Nursing Program Information Meetings

Fall 2024

Information meetings begin this fall. Optional attendance to learn more about the Nursing programs at NPC (RN, LPN and LPN to RN), including information regarding admission process, degree plans, costs, etc. Meeting will last about one hour. Meeting will be held via Zoom. Please register to attend and a link will be sent to you.

Nursing Program Mandatory Admission Meetings for Traditional Entrance (Begin in January 2025)

You must register for any Mandatory RN Admissions Meeting you will be attending. You can use the list below to quickly find the registration pages. If you do not see any meetings below, you may need to refresh your web browser. Follow the steps below:

1. Select one of the Mandatory Admission meeting dates to register to attend a virtual mandatory meeting for the RN Program. The Zoom link will be sent to you 24-48 hours prior to the meeting date. Registration and attendance is a required part of the application process and attendance will be taken at each meeting. 

2. You  will be assigned a nursing faculty advisor. Please bring your unofficial transcript(s) to your advising meeting that will be scheduled within five  business days of each Mandatory meeting.  

3. Information regarding the ATI TEAS exam will be available at the meeting. The admission meeting will last about one hour.

Application for admissions into the Fall 2025 RN program begins January 2025 with application due date no later than March 3, 2025.


LPN to RN Admissions Meeting

January (Spring Start) 2025 Start

All meetings are held virtually via ZOOM. The LPN-to-RN Mandatory Admission meetings begin in June.

1. You must register to attend one of the mandatory LPN-to-RN admission meetings. Select one  of the dates below to attend a virtual mandatory LPN to RN meeting. The ZOOM link will be sent to you 24 to 48 hours prior to the meeting date. Registration and attendance is a required part of the application process and attendance will be taken at each meeting.

2. An advising meeting will be scheduled with you once you have attended the meeting. The advising meeting will be scheduled within five business days of the admission meeting that you attend.  Please bring a copy of your unofficial transcript(s) with you to the meeting.

3. Information regarding the ATI TEAS exam will be given to you at the admission meeting. The meeting will last approximately one hour.

Deadline to apply is the first Monday in October (January start). You must hold an active unencumbered LPN license to be eligible for this entry option. More information along with the application and information on the TEAS test is found on the RN Information and Admissions page.

RN Nursing Program Mandatory Admissions Meetings for High School Students Only

Spring 2025

Mandatory attendance is required at one of these high school meetings if you want to earn a seat in the RN Program as a high school senior.

Select a high school meeting date below to register. The meeting will be held via Zoom and the link will be sent to you 24 to 48 hours before the Mandatory High School Admission meeting that you selected. Registration and attendance is a required part of the application process.

Bring your college entrance test results (ACT/SAT) and your unofficial high school transcript to your nursing advising meeting that will be scheduled following your attendance at one of the high school meetings.
